Email Policy Promo Process maintains an email database that is used to inform our customers of new rebates that are being offered. Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your information. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email or by emailing us anytime at remove@promoprocess.com. If you opt-in on the vendor’s email list when you claimed your rebate, your email address will be automatically added to the vendor’s database that is being sent weekly without need for any further request for information from the vendor.
