Below are the top 5 Questions we receive everyday.

  • When wll my rebate status change?

Please allow 5 to 6 weeks from the date you mailed your claim to check the status of your claim. Rebate processing takes 10 to 12 weeks.

  • I keep getting the error ' Please provide a valid purchase date!'

Rebates are date specific, store specific and product specific.

Please go back to the store or website where you purchased your drive, find the rebate instruction form and find out the promotion code. If you have the correct promotion code, there won't be any problem when you register.

  • Where do I find the the Serial number of my drive?

The serial number is 6 to 9 characters - it is a combination of letters and number. You can find it at the side of the product box beside the part number or model no.

The part number or model number is – example :  GD500EU or MDC2000

  • I ordered online and I don't have an invoice.

    Log in to your account at the store you purchased the product to get your invoice.

Proof of purchase (Invoice) must clearly show ‘Bill To Name and Address’.

Handwritten invoices, email confirmation of order, sales history receipts or packing slips are NOT considered as valid proof of purchase.

The invoice must have the Bill To name and address on it.

If you paid by Paypal, attach a copy of your Paypal invoice as well.
  • What address should I mail my claim to?

    The address to mail your claim to will be printed on the rebate claim form that you have to print, sign and date.
