Promo Process is the culmination of over thirty years of collective experience in every facet of the retail and manufacturing industry. We are the first promotional firm built from the ground up to serve the best interests of the consumer and the client. As veterans of the manufacturing and retail industries and as consumers ourselves we have a unique perspective which includes a special appreciation for the relationship between a manufacturer, a retailer and their customers. Efficiency In working with our customers, clients and retail partners of years past we’ve grown to appreciate our consumers’ most valuable asset; their time. The single greatest frustration with rebate promotions is the long wait. We know how long it takes to register, process and pay a rebate claim and frankly the promotions industry of yesterday has utterly failed to meet the expectations of the consumer. To fill this void we are offering a range of features including Quikpay, Paypal and IntelliServices tracking. Integrity In our experience as entrepreneurs and leaders we have learned that a firm, like a person, is only as good as its word. Without trust there is no basis for communication and we always want our clients and their customers to know that they are in good hands. To this end, we have built our customer service philosophy on a foundation of unfailing respect and honesty. Transparency The principle of ‘radical transparency’ is our reaction to the closed-off and secretive nature of promotional firms that we have seen in the past. Our mandate is to involve our clients and their customers in the rebate fulfillment process. We have created a system whereby both the consumer and the client have complete access to their claim with up to the minute status updates. |
